Dolyanna Mordohai
Dolyanna is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of strategic and operational leadership experience in the Voluntary and Community Sectors as well as Local Government. Her expertise spans Education, Health and Social Care, with a particular focus on Disability and Autism, Special Educational Needs, Mental Health, and Wellbeing.
Dolyanna’s professional journey began as a volunteer, working her way up through frontline roles to become a Chief Executive. Her career is deeply inspired by her commitment to equality, empowerment, and ambition for those whose lives have been impacted by disability, trauma, or exclusion. Over the years, she has had the privilege of leading small, community-facing organizations and teams, as well as large national and international charities.
Amongst other qualifications, she holds an MSC in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School and has a proven track record of supporting organisations to develop solutions to complex challenges, lead innovative partnerships and remain people centered at the heart of their decision making. Dolyanna is also a Trustee of Unlocking Potential, where she chairs the Fundraising Committee, and she is currently training to become an Accredited Partnership Broker.
