New Young Adults Programme in Brent!

We’re kicking off the new year with our 2019 Programme for young adults in Brent.

 We are launching our exclusive programme on the 5th Feb 2019. The free programme aims to support young people aged 18-25, to achieve their potential by understanding their needs, preparing them for employment and supporting them through this transition.

 Once an assessment has been carried out we have two pathways which enable us to support young people with varying needs.

‘The Bridge’  – offers our one to one support, whilst focussing on wellbeing and general life skills.

 ‘Explore’ is made up of work opportunities, taster days and employment preparation, whilst still receiving our one to one support.
